PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Lama Hourani silver products are all handcrafted with love in Amman- Jordan by local artisans. Each Silver piece of Jewelry is unique due to the handmade nature there may be slight variations in color and/or details. We take pride in our jewelry making process, our line is committed to sustainable and localized production. All semiprecious stones are ethically sourced and handpicked from Lama’s travels around the world. The entire jewelry-making process, from assembly, sampling to full-scale production, is completed locally with her Jordan team. This line also empowers underprivileged women in Jordan through training and out-sourcing some of the production to be made by them at their homes.

 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

We process and ship orders for our silver collection from Amman- Jordan Sunday through Thursday. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom/special and pre-order pieces may take longer. You will be charged at the time the order is placed.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you are experiencing delays with receiving your purchase, it may be because your package is being held within your country's customs department. 

- Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.

- These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.

- All packages shipped from our showroom will be labeled with our company name and address. 

- We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

- Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more about any charges that are requested of you within your country.

 

DAMAGED JEWELRY

 

Damaged Items Claim Policy- To qualify for a credit for any damaged items, please contact us on (info@lamahourani.com) within three (3) business days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect. No refunds will be provided until the below is fulfilled.

How to open a claim:

Email us at info@lamahourani.com and provide the following information:

For each item you must submit a clear photo of the damaged piece as well as its packaging materials. Also, please be sure to clearly describe the damage that has occurred to each item being claimed. 

Please note that claims without accompanying documentation will not be accepted.

If proper documentation is provided, then you will be provided with a Lama Hourani credit to use at the time of your next order.

Open your box and carefully inspect your merchandise. If only your product packaging has been damaged and the actual product is undamaged, we will not offer compensation.


- Store credit cannot be applied to shipping costs.
- Credit cannot be used for multiple transactions. It must be used in full during checkout.
